I've been working as a pet sitter for 18 years. Animals have always been my favorite people. I love cats, dogs, mice, reptiles everybody! The only animal I will not babysit are crocodiles. Haha.
Animals are pure. They are honest, down to earth and authentic. What's not to love about that? When they feel safe they can be very affectionate and they open up their heart. For some animals that are rescues that can take time of course but their hearts are just so pure. How can I not fall in love with them?
I do not have a pet at the moment. Maybe 1 day soon! I used to have kitty cats that I adored immensely and I was very broken hearted when they passed. My last Kitty passed in ***. Broke my heart in 2. I had a doggy at 1 point a wired hair terrier. Beautiful boy! My love.

I have been doing this type of work for 18 years so I know dogs like the back of my hand as well as cats. I can pick up exactly what they're feeling by their body language their facial expressions. I'm a empath which is a highly sensitive intuitive person so I am very in tune with the pets that I take care of. The more I spend time with the pet the closer we get emotionally and the pet feels safe. If the client doesn't mind, after a walk I like to give them a soft neck massage and a little back massage and they absolutely love it! They close their eyes and I take it in. I can do medications for the pet but in 18 years of doing this I have never given a shot. So I wouldn't be available for giving shots. Only other types of medication.

I offer basic training as a certified dog trainer in regards to these items as well as others; Learning not to jump on people, to sit patiently when someone rings the doorbell rather than trying to push through the door, basic sit also when offering a treat to wait and again be patient. Also being calm when your dog sees another dog on walks rather than getting nervous and jumpy.
Also dogs that pull back and don't want to move forward during a walk.

The technique I use is kindness and using the dogs the natural organic movement to teach them how to listen and be calm.️
Results that can be expected to be delivered
A more attentive dog, a dog that can calm down, a dog that feels comfortable and not frightened and feels appreciated, is therefore is willing to to listen and cooperate.
How long to expect results
It could take from a couple of weeks to several weeks as little as 3 weeks with at least one to two sessions a week with the pet parent practicing with the dog the training in between sessions. Some dogs may take longer up to 6 weeks. Just depending on the doggie.️
I do not take dogs that bite or try to bite another dog on the leash. That is where you need to seek the training from dog behaviorist.
