I've been working as a pet sitter for 18 years. Animals have always been my favorite people. I love cats, dogs, mice, reptiles everybody! The only animal I will not babysit are crocodiles. Haha.
Animals are pure. They are honest, down to earth and authentic. What's not to love about that? When they feel safe they can be very affectionate and they open up their heart. For some animals that are rescues that can take time of course but their hearts are just so pure. How can I not fall in love with them?
I do not have a pet at the moment. Maybe 1 day soon! I used to have kitty cats that I adored immensely and I was very broken hearted when they passed. My last Kitty passed in ***. Broke my heart in 2. I had a doggy at 1 point a wired hair terrier. Beautiful boy! My love.

I have been doing this type of work for 18 years so I know dogs like the back of my hand as well as cats. I can pick up exactly what they're feeling by their body language their facial expressions. I'm a empath which is a highly sensitive intuitive person so I am very in tune with the pets that I take care of. The more I spend time with the pet the closer we get emotionally and the pet feels safe. If the client doesn't mind, after a walk I like to give them a soft neck massage and a little back massage and they absolutely love it! They close their eyes and I take it in. I can do medications for the pet but in 18 years of doing this I have never given a shot. So I wouldn't be available for giving shots. Only other types of medication.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I DO NOT HAVE MY OWN PETS. YOUR PETS WILL BE THE ONLY ONES BOARDING. THE DOGGIES THAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES ARE THE FUR BABIES THAT I HAVE TAKEN CARE OF. ️
Boarding I provide Loving Care, 2 full walks a day, 1 walk up and down the block, and a potty break before bedtime.
I provide lots of petting and lots of love, I can take the doggy for a car ride if it's okay with the pet parent and take them to a different area like Santa Monica canyon for walkies to give the dog different scenery different smells. Variety is the spice of life!
I will of course give them their food, fresh water, medication if applicable.
I am normally home with the doggie(s) except when those once in awhile cases where I might be gone for 1 for 3 hours. If that doesn't work for you then I will make sure to be there the whole time.
I usually leave relaxing music and a sound machine with the sound of rain.
I can also have a kitty in my home. I usually take whether it's a dog or a cat just one to two animals from one family. I don't take multiple pets from different families. I like to keep it safe for the pets involved. I can board other little animals if I don't have dogs and cats visiting like guinea pigs rats mice, lizards etc.. I adore all animals whether they are amphibians reptiles, mammals etc. They are all adorable and lovely!
