I have been a pet owner and lover since I was a small child. My mother raised me with the mindset that our pets weren't just pets, they are family members on 4 legs! I believe that animals deserve the love and respect we would give our own children and treat mine and any I work with as so.
I currently have 3 dogs. A 13 year old Chow-Chow named Chloe that I have had since she was 8 weeks old, she is my fur girl and nothing like the preconceived idea people have of Chows. She is kind, good tempered and not aggressive with children or new people. My second fur baby is a 10 year old small terrier mix named Poodle. Poodle is a 1 eyed rescue that is so akward he is adorable. He is a mix of 8 different breeds but definitely no poodle so his name is a joke on that. Lastly I have a Deer Head Chihuahua named Taco. Taco is 3 years old and I rescued him after he and several other dogs were ceased during a raid on a drug den. No matter what the background I feel every animal is worth the time and effort to love and heal from it's previous experience.

I have always had a knack for bonding with any animals I come in contact with. If I had more room I would love to take in any pets in need. It breaks my heart to know so many out there are waiting for their fur-ever home and may never get 1.
