My name is Maria and I live in the Mangualde area of Portugal with my husband Richard. I am a British National and am learning Portuguese.
I have always had pets (mostly dogs and cats, but in England we used to save poultry farm chickens from going to slaughter too)
I miss having pets but until I can commit to one (or three) full time, I will be delighted to look after yours.
Ive always had dogs, and love their different personalities. My last two dogs (Digby & Ginger) had heart disease and so had to take medication twice a day. With our chickens as well, they would often get poorly so we would have to give them epsom salt baths until they were better.

I love brushing dogs hair too so if your dog were to stay will me, I will happily brush their hair in the evening. My house is completely fenced so your dog can roam about freely and I have 16 acres of wildland I could walk your dog on the lead as often as they like.
