Experienced dog walker and sitter from Wales. I grew up on a farm with a menagerie of dogs/cats/chickens/goats and other assorted animals. I love the outdoors, and the location of my apartment between Sonsbeek and Mariendaal is great for getting out into nature. I think there is nothing better than sharing a walk in the forest with a four legged companion.
Over 25 years I have lived with Labradors, Border Collies, greyhounds, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Cocker Spaniels, Patterdale Terriers and several cats. I have trained them, socialised them and corrected minor behavioural issues. Since moving to the Netherlands to study, I have had a big dog-shaped hole in my life, so I have taken up pet sitting. I have looked after the cats of a colleague, and also regularly walk a Frisian Stabij belonging to some friends.

Summary.
I work from home in my apartment located close to Arnhem Centraal. Your dog will join me on a walk of 1-2 hours through Sonsbeek, Zypendaal or Mariendaal where we can play some games or maybe practice some of their commands. Afterwards, we will return to my apartment, and they can curl up on my sofa with me while I do some work. During the afternoon we will take a stroll around my neighbourhood to stretch our legs. A little later we can eat dinner, and then maybe take another short walk before they are ready to be picked up.
