We are a Japanese couple of petsitter and veterinarian who live in Shinjuku area in Tokyo.
We provide pet-boarding service in our house which has five rooms.
Because the husband is a veterinarian, so he can provide first aid in case of an accident.

Conditions below;
1. Pets must be non-aggressive towards people.
2. We do not hold responsibility for unforeseen incidents. If necessary, we will take the pet to a veterinary clinic, and the costs incurred will be billed to the owner.
3. Pets must be toilet trained. If he/she needs to wear diapers, the owner must bring them with pets.
4.We cannot take in any dog with pica. Even if your dog eats something cannot eat in usual occasion while in our care, we will not take responsibility.
5.The pick-up and drop-off times may require prior adjustments. If you have a very specific time window available, please inquire before making a reservation.
6.We may upload the photos and movies on our website or social network services. If you don't wish it, please let us know in advance of booking.
【Pick Up & Drop Off Service】
We have our own van so even if any large sized dog needs to be picked up or dropped off, we are also available.
For this service, we will charge extra fee by the distance from our house to the picking up or dropping off point.
The owner should prepare a crate and the pet must be in it during transportation.
【Grooming during boarding】
We can provide services below. Extra fee will be charged.
- Nail trimming ¥800
- Anal gland expression ¥800
- Footpad trimming with clippers ¥800
- Ear cleaning ¥800
- Shampooing ¥2000 (Shampoo must be brought with pet by owner)
