Eastern Melbourne Pet Sitting @ Donvale

Since moving to my grandparents to continue my University studies (and having to leave my staffy :( ) I realised I took for granted the company my dog provided, given that it is not only beneficial to the owner, but also the pet. Pet sitting was the answer! As a student who is all to familiar with the ins and outs of public transport, i am more than happy to travel, in order to provide your pet with some company:)

I am familiar with both smaller pets, having owned rabbits (including baby rabbits XD) and large animals, having owned staffies all my life. I am familiar with many of the walking tracks across Melbourne, as i often go for walks with my grandfather, and would love to take a furry friend with me next time.

I have no issues feeding and bathing if needed, having pet sit for friends family members over the last few years, and am more than happy to send updates across the day with cute photos :).

Because my grandparents live on a large block of land with old fences, i do not think it is safe for me to house most pets, but am more than happy to travel and stay if needed :).
While currently living with my grandparents I don’t have any pets, growing up with my parents were big staffy fans. The dog in the photos is my feisty but adorable 7 year old American staffy Rebel. I have spend the last 7 years helping to take care of her, including bathing, walks and the dreaded poop duty. I have also had rabbits, including baby rabbits :) and so am familiar with their diet etc.

I have also got experience in pet sitting for family and friends over the last two years without incidents (am happy to give references *** if requested) .
I currently work a casual job at Coles (5-10 hours p/w) and am studying online part time, meaning I have plenty of available time to dedicate to the caring of your furry friends. I have experience caring for both larger and smaller pets, as well as experience in pet sitting and walking ( of my own and friends and family’s animals). Being a student I am all too familiar with public service, and so am more than happy to travel to the clients local area.
I have always loved the companionship and company animals bring. The opportunity to create a career out of something I love to do with my own animals would be an amazing experience.
